Southeast Locates uses non-destructivce, state-of-the-art hydro excavation technology to perform safe, effective pothole excavation to expose and locate underground utilities in areas inaccessible to conventional digging equipment. We take pride in the fact that our potholing procedure leaves utilities stable and protected by refilling the space around the utilities with solids recycled in the hydro excavation process.
